We check dimensions and the manufacturer's technical specifications. The result: an itemised list for a quotation. **03 ### Your order proposal** We confirm availability, pricing, expected lead times and supply terms for the items you select. The order contents and included costs are agreed before confirmation. The result: a specific proposal for your approval. **04 ### Confirmation and delivery** An order is placed once the proposal is agreed. We will confirm whether it can be ordered, its price and lead time. A visit is useful when you want to see samples and compare options. **Are all the materials shown in stock?** Sample availability and product stock are different. We confirm both separately for each item. The catalogue presents real manufacturer collections; it is not a list of C&F House stock. **How can I find out prices and lead times?** Share the category, reference if known, and approximate quantity. Pricing, availability, payment terms and expected lead time are confirmed in your proposal. **Can I visit with my designer?** Let us know when booking that you plan to visit together. We will discuss the project and available materials to make the meeting useful for both of you. **Do you provide making up and installation?** C&F House currently operates as a dealer and showroom.
